Hello, party people. It's time for me to tell you what summer 2015 is really all about. You'll be pleased to know that this is probably the most comfortable summer ever. Seriously. First things first, let's get a general idea of how everything should look this season. The main idea is to take your favorite lazy day clothes, and give them a look of luxury. You want to refrain from dull colors and dirty whites. Earthy tones are OUT- brown, military green, beige, etc. HEY, I'm just being honest. You need this. So, if you don't want to be too colorful, stick to black and white. Colors should be bright, almost unnatural, or very light and washed out. O.K. time to get to the details. Shirts this summer are crisp, clean, and nice, but the fabric should be light and comfortable, and the style shouldn't be too tight or elaborate, but if anything, oversized. This comes from middle eastern inspo, which you can find in plenty of fashion stores at this time- think clean and comfortable. Prints, on the other hand, can be elaborate. The bright patterns you choose should maybe have an oriental feel (If you want to class it up. When being casual, think tacky florida gift shop. Im serious!!) Top with classic hoodies and crew necks that follow similar color rules, but not any crazy prints. Cool textures, however, are a go. For jackets, the collarless look is in. Also, go crazy with the patterns and colors. Yay!!!!!!!!!! Pants and shorts have the same color rules. Also, sporty-chic in pretty cool so stock up on joggers and athletic shorts, cool zippers and details welcome. Shoes are still comfortable- enjoy slides and sandals with your fun socks (any length). Some shoe brands to try out are adidas originals, superga, and birkenstock- many stores have similar, often cheaper, plays of these styles to check out. Thanks for reading! I hope you find something cool and comfortable to wear this summer! For more pictures, follow me on instagram @hope_sewinstyle! Thanks again!
